). Sicuramente aiutano soprattutto nello squat ti danno maggior stabilità essendoci il tacco. Ora anche io uso delle semplici scarpe da runner che fanno pietà e dato il piede piatto ho ancor più problemi con l'appoggio del piede ... quindi sicuramente mi saranno molto utili delle scarpe adatte.
