Settimana scorsa l'allenamento dello squat era andato male, dovevo fare 80 kg ma probabilmente ero troppo stanco e avevo mangiato poco e a fatica sono riuscito a chiudere con 70 kg, mentre l'altro wo della domenica è andato bene
