Ieri sera aperitivo/cena (apericena mi dà fastidio ) a buffet, ho mangiato due piattini di pasta e molta, molta pizza (cercando i pezzi con meno mozzarella e più crosta possibile), uno spritz e un gin tonic.
Sodio assurdamente alto (ovviamente, era gratis la roba), oggi mi sento e mi vedo gonfio.
Tolgo 20g di grassi oggi e 10g domani: 20+10+20 = 50, dovrei andare in pari.
Oggi pomeriggio ho fatto circa un km e mezzo in meno di cinque minuti, non serve precisare la mia situazione dopo erano le quattro e c'era parecchio sole.
