Ora sto lavorando in multi, mi trovo sempre molto meglio rispetto alla mono. Ultimi risultati degni di nota:
Squat 4 x 4 con 135 kg, atg (per le mie possibilità)
Stacco regular 1 x 200 kg, stacco sumo 3 x 200 kg
Panca piana 5 x 4 con 95 kg (il risultato di cui sono più fiero per ora)
Stacco rumeno 2 x 4 con 160 kg
Nel resto bene o male sta progredendo sia come volume che carichi.
Panca piana con fermo 4 x 6 con 85 kg
Lento manubri 3 x 8 con 26 kg, 1 x 12 con 22 kg
Alzate laterali ai cavi 4 x 12
Estensioni tricipiti dietro la nuca 4 x 12
