cmq secondo te dovrei abbassare le pro ? però diciamo ke di nobili sono poche ... molte provengono da riso/arachidi/mandorle/pane

oggi wo pettorali,bicipiti : croce panca orizzontale 2x8 - 2x6 14kg distenzione panca orizzontale 1x8-6-6-4 13kg disenzione manubri panca inclinata 2x8-2x6 12kg croce al pettoral machine 3x10 30kg pull-over 2x13 14kg bicipiti cn bilanciere angolato in piedi 2x8-2x6 8kg bicipiti panca scott 3x8 - 2x6 7kg bicipiti con manubri corpo a 90° 1x10 3x8 6kg (prima usavo gli 8 ma la tecnica era del tutto sbagliata) rullo polsi con manubri 3x10 6kg
