Oggi un po' di cardio dopo penso un paio d'anni: corsa su strada 25' circa, e purtroppo dopo circa 15 minuti mi vien male al ginocchio destro come l'ultima volta
Nonostante in mattinata mi desse fastidio il ginocchio (probabile ginocchio del corridore/ sindrome della benderella ilio-tibiale) solo camminando in palestra ho fatto il mio legsday senza problemi.
