                dopo una pausa dalla scrittura nel diario (e dai wo), ho ripreso ad allenarmi...si lo so che non vi sono mancato ahahah

                              oggi finalmente petto !
                              sempre la stessa scheda, da ieri ho dei fastidi a livello inguinale\addominale, spero nulla di grava, sono riuscito a fare le gambe con un po' di fastidio... sabato e domenica rest e lunedì vedremo
