Torno oggi dopo una settimana di stop da allenamento, ho continuato però con la dieta. Oggi mi peso e ho perso veramente tanto peso, diciamo che ne sto perdendo più di quanto avevo calcolato, domani mattina mi ripeso a stomaco vuoto e vi dico il peso. Intanto da domani si riparte con allenamento intenso e aumento le kcal, voglio salire di 100 kcal aumentando di 30 gr le fette biscottate di mattina, farò una salita graduale con le kcal.
