Posto un po' di dieta di questa ultima settimana, alcuni giorni sono un po' "falsati" (cibo mensa, cene fuori) ma più o meno come linea guida ci siamo.
Sto cercando di tornare in iper con cho alti e fat bassi, per comodità.
Lato allenamento: carichi molto buoni nonostante l'evidente massa persa, ma riprenderò ogni grammo..dovessi metterci altri 5 mesi
