    Interesting find!!

Crystal light mocktails! Pricey shipping, but if you really want a sugar free drink fix :http://www.ebay.com/itm/CRYSTAL-LIGH...7#ht_878wt_986

I've personally never had a drink of alcohol in my life (perhaps a tablespoon or two of bailey's irish cream in my coffee...) but really like the appletini...like fake tasting sugar free apple juice!

Another interesting product is this: http://bellplantation.com/nutrition

Fat free peanut butter...I used to be addicted to peanut butter (the natural kind not shitty Skippy brand that's loaded with sugar and salt) but have sadly lost my taste for it before discovering this powdered version. I don't know how you can get this stuff to Europe, but I'm sure if anyone is really interested they can find out with a google search

Read the label...powdered peanut butter with most of the fat removed. You add water to it when you want some pb.

Lol I hear you! Crystal light can def be addictive...

There are a lot of products with attractive macro profiles in north America, but I found that a lot of them really fuck with my stomach. There's this one company, walden farms (www.waldenfarms.com) that basically make calorie free condiments, spreads, etc. everything I ever tried from them I regretted. Except some of the jams when eaten in small quantities....the calorie free chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, etc all taste like crap and make you feel like crap. In my experience anyways.

One thing I do like though is coconut flourClick image for larger version

It has like no carbs and you only need to add a teaspoon to egg whites (at less to the quantity I use - 200g) for it to make really nice pancakes that taste great with protein spread (protein powder with a tiny bit of water). I either premix it in a blender or just sprinkle the coconut flour on a pan and then cover it with egg whites and cinnamon. Yum!

Was gonna make some today but can't eat anything anymore because had unplanned avocado and salmon

Might still make some anyways for tomorrow cause I'll be traveling and will need food anyways...

Eek! Diet today not the greatest...food quality pretty good except for the cream in coffee. But quantities are too high and macro ratios are totally off. Must practice more self control. Especially with respect to coffee...Got teeth whitened today so that should deter me off coffee at least until I finish the two weeks!

            DIET
            2.5 scoops whey
            1/2 cucumber
            30g salmon
            1 tsp sesame seeds

            1/2 scoop whey
            3 huge cucumbers
            3 tbsp cream

            75g chicken breast

            27g fat
            120g protein
            52g carb
            900 calories

            Ahhhh how awful!!!

            TRAINING

Delts and abs - not overly intense training as I think my shoulders are quite wide naturally and think I probably have enough muscle on them for when I lean out.

Abs I only started training a couple of weeks ago. Not a fan. Doing mostly hip raises (not leg raises) and crunches.

Any suggestions for your favourite non-bulking an routines?

            CARDIO
30 min on stair master post workout
30 min jog outside midday to make up for extra calories

            ENERGY
Pretty low in morning during workout and cardio but improves throughout the day

            Weight this morning: 72.2 kg

Also I made my fave low carb pancake for tomorrow:
              200g egg whites
              1 scoop whey
              1 tsp coconut flour
              Cinnamon to taste

              1g fat
              4g carb
              50g protein
              230 calories

              The chocolate sauce (water+scoop whey)

Aaannndd another thing I really like:

                POCKET SCALE!!

I searched for pocket scale, jewelry scale, miniature scale, etc. online and ended up buying this little 500g scale.

There are 1000g ones that are pretty small too, but this is more than enough for me. Very handy when traveling

Nice pancake! Staple of my diet, 3 times a day, egg whites plus cinnamon, adding mais cakes/walnuts based on carb-cycling timing. Simple, cheap and effective!

How do you translate from italian to english?

How do you make these maize cakes? What's the macro breakdown?

I don't need to translate from Italian. I understand pretty much everything. I just can't write it to save my life

Maize cakes are sold just like that here in italy, pretty common to find them in grocery stores: the ones i bought are gluten free, 100% bio, these are the macros, if i remember correctly: 390 kcal, 8 protein-88 carb-1 fat.

                      This is how they look:

Ahh ok I thought you made your own out of cornmeal.

I highly doubt one rice cake has 390 calories...it's usually around 40 for a plain one.

Nope, infact the breakdown is for 100 grams, thought it was clear.

                          One cake is: 25 kcal/0.5 pro-5.5 carb-0.1 fat.

Yes, i don't use the excuse of 8-hrs window to binge with everything i have on sight I just raised kcal intake and following my typical diet, must admit that it's kinda hard to consume >2500 kcal in 2 meals, so i'm still splitting them during the "window" to not throw up. And by the way i eat pancakes 5 times in a day actually!

Took this 2-3 days off to rest and have a lil more social life that i missed lately, tomorrow probably after my LISS session i will post the diet, don't worry!
