per una volte che avevo scritto bene !non mi entra in testa !
per la parte bassa della schiena puoi fare le iperestensoni..
si se arrivi a 9 rep,devi aumentare il carico su quelle da 5...
per i tricipiti puoi fare le dip tra panche...
