pranzo: 300 gr yogurt bianco magro, 40 gr all brain, 1 mela, caffe.
Cena: 150 gr arachidi tostate (non salate), 500gr minestrone, bicchiere vino rosso.
pre nanna: 150 gr lattuga, 3gr olio evo, 100gr tonno naturale.
