Ciao a tutti mi chiamo antonio ho 19 anni e vorrei qualche consiglio utile riguardo dieta e scheda per palestra .Sono alto 1.85 e peso 70 chili. Il mio obbiettivo è avere un fisico definito . Per quanto riguarda la dieta ho problemi in quanto cibi come uovo pesce verdura formaggi mon riesco a mangiarli , e a breve mi arriveranno dei integratori di vitamine.
