dieta si riprende del tutto da lunedi...questi giorni son stato a 2000kcal circa con 2 pasti al giorno...sto perdendo volume...a causa delle ultime feste estive!!
da lunedi si riprende la massa per bene...con 3500kcal
sisi piano piano aumenterò le calorie...cmq starò a 3500 circa altrimenti nn cresco..ho un metabolismo velocissimo...
cabro credo starò sui 400, pro 180, grassi 70!
prossimo mese quando riprenderò per bene la forma ottimale inzierò con: green magnitude e white flood!

curl panca scott + curl slow manubri simultaneo panca 45 gradi 22kg il primo + 8kg a mnubrio il secondo(prox volta aumento)
