penso che da domani lo terrò sempre questo protocollo simil tabata di mattino a stomaco vuoto,non dico ogni giorno ma 4-6 si
domani provo 4 min corsa blanda sul tapis
poi circuiti simil tabata 20 sec esercizio a corpo libero (burpees,jumping jacks, mountain climber ecc.) intervallati da 10 sec rest
defaticamento 3-4 minuti
