Credo proprio a breve di staccare con l'unico pasto stile warrior, è la seconda volta che provo con questo tipo di dieta (1 mese e più a ottobre) però mi vedo più appannato del solito, anche se resto entro le solite calorie giornaliere, oltre che essere affaticato più del normale se mi alleno tardi. Sarà, ma forse su di me non funziona.
