ab roller, addome utilizzando gli anelli, esercizi in isometria di vario tipo (es: distesi, pancia in giù a terra con gambe e braccia allungate, si spinge contro il pavimento e si tira su il culo) e altro ancora. Ho avuto conati di vomito.
