Avevo pensato di invertire lo squat con il deadlift,ovvero il primo pesante a 3 reps,il secondo,più tecnico,a 4 reps ..5-6 sets per familiarizzare con l'esecuzione ... che dite?
Ecco l'idea di progressione x i tre esercizi:
Panca
I 5x2 (90%) circa 58-60 kg
II 4x3 (90%)
III 4x3 (90%)
IV 3X4 (90%)
Squat :
I 6x3 (80%) circa 75 kg
II 7x3 (80%)
III 8x3 (80%)
IV 9x3 (80%)
Trazioni pronebw)
I 8x3
II 6x4
III 5x5
IV 4x6
Stacco tecnico : sempre 5-6x4 @ circa 75-80kg
