Si l'ho modificata perchè non riesco a dare il meglio nelle spalle facendo la aba bab che hai postato,avevi detto che un abc andava bene lo stesso no?del resto credo mi trovi meglio in quel modo...fare 3 muscoli in una sola seduta non mi fà dare il massimo :\
