rematore libero con bilanciere di solito faccio, che alterno con i manubri,
cmq è da provare il rematore su panca inclinata sicuramente il resto del corpo rimane più fermo
Per lavorare a basse reps (3-6) ti consiglio la Panca stretta...anche un 5x5 sulle dips appesantite col tuo 7/8rm...altri ex per i triceps a cosi basse reps imho possono dare problemi
da lunedì si cominciano ad abbassare i carbo....
e si comincia il dimagrimento

carboidrati 150g rest, 250 wo + un free sempre in if il sabato sera
mai stato così alto con i carbo.
peso 74kg + 3 kg rispetto a gennaio e tanta tanta acqua addosso da far schifo...
