se la dovessi seguire non sarebbe neppure malaccio, but:
- evita di pesare tutto al grammo
- non ti allenare 6gg su 7
- 1h di allenamento basta e avanza
- un paio di pasti free a settimana, non 1kg di gelato, mi raccomando, il tutto nella norma
lunedì-mercoledì-venerdì, con eventualmente una quarta seduta cardio intorno ai 50'
vado a occhio...
1 pizza + 1 coppetta gelato
e.......... per il secondo pasto free, come dessert i canditi della colombaaa!!!!!!!!!
Pucca se non sbaglio c'è un motivo per cui anche la notte devi prendere una minima quota di fats, ossia rallentano l'assorbimento delle proteine che ingerisci : in questo caso fiocchi di latte, whey e bla bla bla..
