A febbraio, quando ho iniziato ad allenarmi più metodicamente, pesavo 71kg. Ora sono poco meno di 75 senza essere troppo "spanciato".
Penso che abbimo dei traguardi alla ns portata, quantomeno 2 kiletti puliti sono possibilissimi!
