Grazie Massy, sempre tr gentile, i carichi nelle gambe sono buoni, la massa invece nn mi soddisfa ancora ma qua mi sa molto dura dato il doppio allenamento palestra + mtb...
Mah, forse no ma nn ho mai visto biker con quad molto grossi...
Il problema cmq è sempre il consumo calorico alto però in questo modo faccio senza fare cardio!
