data la presenza di una fighetta alquanto notevole sulla panca vicina.....ci ho aggiunto pure 2 serie da 20 di crunch su inclinata liberi.....
non è nel mio stile......se non soffro sotto la ghisa non sto bene....poi riposerò cmq domani e domenica e la sett prossima mi sa solo cardio....al massimo una seduta di pesi......causa piccolo internvento.
