E quante ripetizioni fai? Fai delle pause tra le serie?

Ripetizioni dipende... Fino a quando capisco che se vado oltre mi stanco..
Tipo... con 32kg ne faccio 12 o 15 non ricordo.. per poi andare a scalare aumentando il peso..
Tra ogni serie di riscaldamento.. prendo circa 30-45sec di pausa.
