Perché queste cose a colazione?
buondì caro,si oggi spalle
a colazione o meglio quando mi sveglio ho sempre e solo sete,molta sete,mentre da mandare giù roba solida non ci riesco,per cui latte,caffè,tè, gli albumi che sono mollicci e vanno giù bene ,ricotta che non bisogna masticare
prossimamente penso comunque di mettere più whey,da poco ho sverginato la valigietta da 5kg
