attualmente sono in 40%carbo-40%pro-20%fat almeno penso perché i calcoli precisi non li ho fatti, per il resto sto off da tutto e gli allenamenti sono ad un 80% del peso in fase massa con riduzione del numero esercizi ed aumento numero ripetizioni
