certo....meglio le mcain pero'...eheheh...piu' croccanti...ogni tanto ci stanno...basta che fai 2 conti...300g apportano 65-70g cho+15g fat....compresi omega3....aggiungendo una fonte proteica sn un discreto sostituto di pasta o riso.....OGNI TANTO...EHEHEH...
