buon giorno ragà..lo scarico leggero procede bene..lavorando in 2x12 con recuperi brevi (dorian docet.) mi stò preparando per la ON season che inizio la prox settimana
cena 150 pollo + 100gr gallette con salsa hp, lattuga sale a fiotta e balsamico
il resto delle gallette con una 50gr di miele
una banana gelato (banana surgelata)
