NOTE: Buon WO..resettato i pesi, cercato solo TC, peak contractions e perfezione tecnica nella contrazione. Un pò di scazz.o e deconcentrazione per via della tipa ma WO decente. Qualche dubbio solo sulle trazioni dove la slide è inutile ed anche nelle weighted rows sono poche reps, ma questo riesco a fare con 87/88 Kg.
