Io sento sempre il petto...ma perche' riesco ad isolarlo ad ogni angolazione..anzi a 45 lo sento proprio bene...
per la panca marco e' ottima...menomale che eri stanco..eheheh...io ho fatto tutto in tc 3x8 cn 62kg..pero' le spinte cn 32kg per man...
io invece oggi molto meglio a livello di rebound da stimolanti..menomale..appena rientrato da un torneo di poker...terzo posto.

La mia panca non era in TC..penso 60 in TC come l'ultima serie...le croci avevo 16 kg ma non avevo voglia di cambiare manubri...spinte proprio tranquille.metti 28-30. Trazioni disastro as usual.
