dato che vengo da 3 week di stripping alla pressa cm secondo esercizio...anche se solo l'ultima week su una pressa decente(devo precisarlo)se facessi il vecchio triset post squat....
leg press+leg curl+leg ext 3x8+8+10?
che te ne pare?
in questo modo farei:
-squat 3x8-6
-leg press+leg curl+leg ext 3x8+8+10
-rumeni 3x10-8
-calf stand+calf sitting 5x8+15
core...

Fatti un triset con affondi al posto della pressa + curl ed ext... meno traumatico e ugualmente efficace... sicuramente più adatto
