6x3 kg 100 - rip 3-3-3-3-(2+1f)-(2+1f); Nella prossima seduta sarebbe previsto un 6x4 con lo stesso peso ma non so se riuscirei a farle tutte, anzi sono sicuro di no. Quindi sono indeciso se abbassare di un paio di kg e provare il 6x4 o alzare di altrettanto per riproporre il 6x3. Help.
