appunto....e' quello che sto notando...si migliora cmq ma la forza-resistenza nn e' la stessa...ora shiftero' anche io un 2-3 week e poi vedro' il dafarsi...cmq la mia "FORTUNA" e' quella di riuscire a shiftare tutti i cho a cavallo del w.o. cn il CULO del caso a livello lipogenetico...
anche la scelta delle gallette e miele a colazione per un 60g cho la vedo sensata per sfruttare a pieno la creatina del pre w.o.
cmq man mano decidiamo...le kcal nn le volgio cmq alzare troppo...
mi attesterei sulle 2300 w.o.+2100 rest+un 3500 sunday per iniziare....cmq c'e' tempo ora finiamo sto micro....
