si si sempre tensione continua...ho fatto anche un paio di lock al petto
panca piana ho fatto 108 kg una reps e 3x6 cn 90kg piu' o meno..poca roba..
vediamo settimana prossima se arrivo a 6 reps visto che alzero' le kcals...
per il low volume come vedi sn 10 serie massimo per i grandi di cui 6 molto pesanti e 8 per i muscoli piccoli...
