Dorian un consiglio, visto che mi piace allenarmi il sabato mattina come lo vedresti un protocollo del genere: 3 wo da fare fra lun e gio ven rest e sabato mattina un wo di circa 30 minuti + 30 minuti aerobica (stepper, cyclette o corsa) e poi da sabato a pranzo inizio ricarica? Come lo vedi?
