No infatti ti dò ragione mi sono spiegato male. Infatti uno può usare un alto volume portando pur sempre a cedimento tutte le serie. Era più corretto parlare di carico di lavoro forse, anche perchè il termine intensità non ha significati univoci.
cmq se cercato il post su mentzer 2 contro mentzer 3 (roba da mazina contro goldrake) anche lì parlaimo di cedimento, etc...
