da me per ki lo fa un po piu avanzato sale sta su 3 secondi e poi scende komunque disolito i polpacci si fanno serie da 20 ripetizioni qundi se vedi ke ne fai una ventina senza problemi prova ad aggiungere peso o kome faccio io lo faccio singolo kol multipower
