Buonasera a tutti... 9 mesi fà ho perso 25 kg senza fare nessuna attività fisica... ho iniziato ad allenarmi circa 2 mesi fà ma con tutti gli sforzi che faccio mi rimane sempre un pò di pelle in eccesso che copre le parte bassa dell'addome. .. potreste darmi qualche consiglio??
