Mi sono trovato bene con le vostre schede ma stavo pensando di cambiare perchè non prendo forza!
Da luglio ad ora ho preso pochissima forza (es nella panca, ho preso soltanto 10kg!).
Credo sia ora di passare ad una scheda forza!
Mi servirebbe pure qualche consiglio per le trazioni, non riesco ancora a fare delle serie... Quando sono a riposo riesco a farne 2/3, ma dalla terza serie non riesco a farne più di 1.
