Buona sera ,volevo sapere se secondo voi era meglio fare il cardio prima di pranzo 35m (e quindi pranzare verso le 2/2:30) e prima di cena (5:30/6) fare l'allenamento coi pesi oppure (così pranzerei verso le 13) andare prima in palestra(5/5:30) fare 35m di cardio direttamente li e quindi successivamente fare l'allenamento con i pesi?
