Ciao a tutti, ho iniziato da 5 mesi ad andare in palestra ed essendo nuovo vorrei dei consigli su allenamenti, se devo se devo seguire una alimentazione e su tutto ciò che bisogna sapere.
Peso 77 kg sono alto 1.80 circa e vado in palestra 3 volte a settimano con l'intento di eliminare la mia pancetta di troppo.
