Dopo due mesi di leg press dove arrivo a fare un 4x8 a 130 kg ora devo passare allo squat.
Mi consigliate quanto caricare?
Immagino che se carico 130 kg rimango sotto il bilanciere...
Domanda troppo generica. Dipende dall inclinazione della pressa, tipo di pressa, contesto calorico , numero di esercizi svolti precedentemente... Carica pian piano lo squat finche' non senti che il peso è 'adatto' a te.
