Salve ... da circa 3 mesi mi sono iscritto in palestra per cercare di tirare via qualche chilo e fare un po' di massa
muscolare. Ho 42 anni , sono alto 1,65 cm e peso 73 kg ... vorrei sapere che tipi di esercizi posso fare. GRazie !!
ciao e benvenuto schede da zero non se ne fanno,ad ogni modo se guardi bene nelle varie sezioni trovi un sacco di info utili magari posta anche una foto in fotogallery così diamo un occhio a questi 73 chili su 165 cm di altezza e vediamo insieme come muoverci
