anchio ho fastidi al ginocchio e faccio degli esercizi in circuito di riabilitazione/prevenzione tra cui leg-curl e leg-extension isometrica (non caricando abbestia se no le forze di taglio mi fan male) e anche lo squat isometrico a corpo libero.. questi esercizi li faccio però per recuperare una stabilità di base nel ginocchio per poi poterlo allenare con carico. Sono dubbioso che solo questi esercizi possano aumentare la massa muscolare delle zampe a meno che tu non stia venendo fuori da un post-infortunio/immobilizzazione..
