c'e' mio fratello con cui mi alleno,che ancora non riesce a fare abbastanza ripetizioni,ne fa 2 e dice che gli fanno male troppo le braccia,gli servirebbe la lat machine per prepararsi,ma io non ce l'ho a casa..c'e' qualche altro esercizio che aiuta a prepararsi per fare le trazioni alla sbarra?
oppure può fare diverse ripetizioni lente della parte eccentrica del movimento (abbassamento), aiutandosi con una sedia o saltando per posizionarsi con il mento al di sopra della sbarra.
