Ho ripreso gli allenamenti da 1 settimana. Non saprei proprio come ricominciare, cioè con quale tipo di esercizi. Devo fare forza o massa? Quale scheda mi consigliate? Grazie.
intanto inizia con un mesetto o più (dipende da quanto sei stato fermo)di ricondizionamento anche con dei full body 2 o 3 volte a settimana poi imposta un allenamento nel lungo periodo...cerca un po' sul forum
