Ho da poco iniziato ad andare in palestra e mi servirebbero dei consigli sugli esercizi da fare,sulle ripetizioni e sulle serie, per aumentare l'elevazione visto che gioco a pallavolo.
Sono alto 1,78 cm ,peso 68 kg e la mia elevazione attuale è di circa 65 cm.
