salve a tutti e di nuovo complimenti.. ho una nuova domanda adesso.. quando interrompo gli allenamenti per volere o forza maggiore.. avverto dopo almeno un paio di sedute saltate dolori muscolari che più ke altro sono un fastidio perchè mi debilitano moltissimo.. credo ke la cosa sia normale perchè il fisico in assenza di allenamenti dovrebbe rispondere così.. però posso evitarlo? cosa posso fare ?
