credo con una buona alimentazione...cioè pranzo cena ecc...solo che mi vedo ancora secco soprattutto sulle spalle(praticamente non ho trapezi)e le braccia(che nonostante quando le contraggo siano relativamente grosse,visto da davanti sono secondo me troppo sottili)e poi mi si vedono troppo le ossa delle scapole...gli acromion...che cosa mi consigliate?
